This is a gentle yoga class and no previous experience is needed. This class will include yoga poses modified to individual needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breathing techniques, and guided relaxation. Each class will be designed to address a region or system of the body for better health and well-being.
Dayhana will be available at the end of class for any questions or comments.
