Dayhana A. Ray (she/her/ella) is a bilingual Latinx Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in North Carolina. As a first-generation Dominican American, Dayhana is deeply passionate about supporting the mental health and wellness of BIPOC women.
Dayhana specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, body image and self-esteem issues, as well as difficult childhood experiences. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and trauma-informed, emphasizing social justice and the mind-body connection. Committed to cultural authenticity, Dayhana is on a journey to reconnect with her Indigenous Taino roots and incorporates Indigenous teachings into her practice. Additionally, she holds a 200-hour yoga certification, which she integrates into her holistic healing methods.
In her spare time, Dayhana enjoys going on walks, taking care of her garden and plant babies, crafting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
